The New American Revolution Has Begun

The New American Revolution Has Begun

We've attempted to keep people informed on activities of various groups interested in restoring the united States of America back to its constitutional form of government. And finally, after years of asking some of these people behind the scenes why there have been no class action lawsuits against the powers that be, things are starting to move.

There are two class action lawsuits now in progress that EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN needs to be informed of IMMEDIATELY. Then it comes to putting information into ACTION. Class Action means you get involved. Add evidence, make statements and help be a seed for a new beginning, one where the concepts of "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" is not considered anachronistic. If nothing else, read the facts for yourself and be informed.

First, the one that I have sent out recently begun by "We the People Organization" that is detailed:
Give me liberty.org
- - - -
The next is one I have been hearing rumors on until now. This is the biggie, folks. This is truly one of the most potentially explosive lawsuits I can even imagine, cutting right through to the heart of the matter by going after the Money Masters themselves...

I set up a page with the full details and all court documents here:

The zip file containing all the court documents is here:

Keep an eye on this one, even if you don't decide to join the lawsuit. And please forward this email along to anyone and everyone...

Subject: you may receive compensatory damages by joining this lawsuit

You have been robbed of your birthright. And the thieves are still trying today to desperately cover up their crime.

This lawsuit is about reclaiming that birthright.

A grouping of people made an opportunity to make a HUGE amount of money.
They did it by making your government act outside of its governmental
boundaries.

That's not just unlawful. That's ULTRA VIRES.

And that means you are owed some moolah baby, bigtime.

Here's why you want to join:

There's a law called 12 USC 411 that says the Federal Reserve has to
exchange your Federal Reserve Notes for lawful money on demand. (You
better read that last sentence twice!). Lawful money? What's that green
stuff in my wallet? You will notice at the top of each bill is written
"Federal Reserve Note". It's not a dollar. It is an instrument of Debt.

But guess what? They don't make the exchange.

As employers of the government, we the people of America have a right to make sure that our government is acting the way we ordained it to act.

If you look, you see that it doesn't.

The Courts have said that the corporation of the US government can't transfer its essential governmental functions.

Controlling money is an essential governmental function (ESG). Yet Congress transferred that ESG to a PRIVATE (foreign banking) company deceptively called the Federal Reserve. (which is no more Federal that Federal Express.)

The Federal Reserve is not part of the American government. They have no explicit
immunity.

So why is this private company controlling the US money system? Because, during Christmas break in 1913, the bribed Congressmen passed an Act, the Federal Reserve Act to alter the Constitution.

But the Courts have said the Congress can't change the Constitution:

"The prohibitions of the Federal Constitution are designed to apply to all branches of the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT and cannot be nullified by the Executive or by the Executive and the Senate combined." Reid vs Covert., 354 US 1

That's pretty clear. The government can't just change the Constitution to do whatever they want. They just can't. The Constitution still says what it has always said.

But the powers (to gain more power/control) have. And now is how to set things right.

When you look closely, you see thirteen major things wrong with the U$ money system:

1. The Federal Reserve is required to exchange their notes for lawful money. Yet they don't. ( your paper is backed by thin air.)
2. The Federal Reserve Bank has a monopoly over the American money system. They claim it is by way of the Federal Reserve Act (1913).
3. But the Federal Reserve Act cannot change the Constitution. The Federal Reserve Act is merely an act of Congress.
4. The people of America empower, through the Constitution, the Congress to regulate money as a very essential governmental function.
5. The Courts have said that ESGs (above) can't be transferred, yet the Congress transferred it away (1913) anyway.
6. The Federal Reserve promised to stabilize the American economy and bankrupted it (seizing property control) in only twenty years instead at its whim (1929).
7. But any Debt that is based on a fraudulent and unlawful transaction is unenforceable.
8. Evidently no one has challenged the Constitutionality of the
Federal Reserve Act before. Never seeing completing of trial. Until now.
9. The Federal Reserve has used the bankruptcy to set up their own power system in
our government.
10. The Secretary of the Treasury is the new (power) seat of the government, not
the Congress (31 USC 301). He doesn't get paid by the US government either.
11. The Sec'y of the Treasury/Fed Reserve is a de facto invading government, seizing control of the US government by way of a debt that was gotten into by the Congress
violating the Constitution! (Who elected Greespan?? Does he dictate monetary policy?)
12. The debt is utterly void and unenforceable!
13. They have overthrown the government that WE ordained.

Are They the powerful, media-controlling, instigating terrorists??
Could such all-powerful influences plan a massive blow-up and a media cover-up - and wars to keep their funny-money moving and in demand -- and usurp more control?
Would money interests benefit from a 9/11 type tragedy?

The Federal Reserve Act is unconstitutional. It is an attempt by Congress to alter the Constitution by legislation to expand its powers ultra vires. They acted out of bounds, against the will of the people and got in trouble for it. But debts based in fraud are
unenforceable-THERE IS NO REASON for these domestic terrorists to remain
in control!

The Federal Reserve has crashed the American Economy [since 1933- when gold (substance backing the dollar) was outlawed!!], kept it bankrupt for 70 years, and has caused the dollar to lose more than ninety percent of its value since the armistice ending WWII hostilities. (WWII has never officially ended --that is why the President doesn't need to go to Congress to resume hostilities!!)

YOU have a birthright, as an American born in the States, to see your representational form of government following your directing. And your direction to Congress is the Constitution.

The IRS, the DEA, the ATF, all those tri-letter agencies, even Customs and many other 'government agencies' hold allegiance to the Secretary of the Treasury, not the Constitution.

Imagine if you didn't have to pay the IRS how much more money you'd have.
Imagine how much more money you'd have if the dollar was still worth what it was since the end of World War II (ten times as much). You can thank the Federal Reserve, after all, they were controlling (completely monopolizing) the economy for the last seventy years.

By the way, all those tri-letter agencies are agents of a foreign power.
They hold allegiance to someone governing who has no allegiance to the Constitution, and is not remunerated by the US government either. That's not your government. That's a foreign power on our soil. If you work for a government agency, inquire as to whether or not your agency holds an oath to uphold the Constitution.
Let your conscience be your guide.

All I, Marcel, am asking in this Lawsuit is that some accountability be shown.
All of U$ can and do make some mistakes, we just have to be willing to fix them.

I have brought these issues to the United States District Court, as a State Citizen, Sovereign American, employer of the government; and I'm inviting you to join me if you'd like to make a difference. I have started a civil racketeering (RICO) claim against the Federal Reserve.
As you have been damaged you have a right to participate in this proceeding.

You have been robbed of your birthright by foreign banking swindlers who have tried to overthrow your Constitutional government. (Since 1939, public law is out, public policy is in.)
This is your chance to be compensated for 70 years of impoverished misery atthe hands of inflation brought upon you by THE FED. Rule 18(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows you to join this action.

The rest of the proof is detailed in the documents filed in this case
CV03 291 KI in the
Portland Oregon USDC at:

1000 SW Third Ave
Suite 700
Portland Oregon

I highly recommend reviewing all the documents filed with this case, that
should have come attached within a zip file entitled "all files.zip"

Below is a sample form for joining this action. You will need to tailored/personalize this document to Own need:
